摘要
研究了用葡萄糖和醋酸酐为原料,以氯化锌为催化剂合成a-d-五乙酰葡萄糖的无溶剂方法,得到最佳反应温度为100℃,最佳反应的物料配比为:葡萄糖:醋酸酐:氯化锌=1:12.58:0.44(mol),反应产率达71.4%,同时找到了一种提纯a-d-五乙酰葡萄糖的方法。
The preparation of a-d-glucose pentacetate in the presence of zinc chloride as catalyst using glucose and acetic anhydride was studied. The crystallization of the product was also reported. The optimal conditions of the reaction are as follows: temperature is 100℃, molar ratio of reactants is 1:1. 258:0.44(glucose: anhydride: zinc chloride). The a-d-glucose pentacetate was obtained in 71.4% yield based on glucose.
