摘要 “缩醛法”是一种合成酚醛树脂的新方法。该法无含酚废水排放。本文研究了以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,氯苯为溶剂,室温附近的条件下,苯酚及对叔丁基酚与甲缩醛反应的动力学。结果表明,该反应为一级反应,反应速度与所用酚的种类及浓度无关。 "Acetal Method" is a new technology to prepare phenolic resin. There is no waste water discharged if this method is used. With p-toluene sulfonic acid used as catalyst and chlorobenzene as organic solvent, the reaction kinetics between phenol and acetal have been studied at room temperature. The result is that the reaction is followed at first-order rate, and the reaction rate is independent of phenols type and concentration.
