摘要
以二正辛基锡氧为催化剂,从2-乙基-2-羟甲基丙二醇出发,经两步反应合成出螺环单体3,9-二羟甲基-3,9-二乙基-1,5,7,11-四氧杂螺环[5.5]十一烷;并以此单体为反应物,通过与不同比例的4,4′-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯反应,制得不同分子量的具有螺环结构的预聚体。红外光谱表明上述反应确已发生。
Using n-octyl tin oxide as the catalyst and 2-ethyl-2-hydroxymethyl-1, 3-propanediol as the raw material, 3,9-diethyl-3,9-dihydroxymethyl-1, 5, 7, 11-tetraoxaspiro [5.5]undecane was synthesized by a two-step reaction. It reacted with diphenyl methane-4, 4'-diisocyanate (MDI) in the different ratios to form prepolymers containing spirane structure. The structure of prepolymer and spiromonomer was characterized by IR spectra.
