摘要
不同水含量有机法制备的V-P-O催化剂母体,及La,Fe助催化后的V-P-O催化剂母体中均含有VOHPO_4·1/2H_2O。随原料中及制备过程中水含量的减少,使用后的V-P-O催化剂中(VO)_2P_2O_7含量逐渐增多,提高了催化剂正丁烷氧化制顺酐的活性。Fe的加入有助于正丁烷的转化,但选择性降低。
VOHPO_4·1/2H_2O exists in all precursors of V-P-O catalysts prepared by organic method or by La, Fe promotion. As water contents in reagent or process of preparation are decreased, the contents of (VO)_2P_2O V-P-O catalysts are increased in used. and the aetivity for oxidizing n-butane to maleic anhydride is enhanced. In the presence of Fe, the conversion of n-butane is increased, but tbe selectivity of maleic anhydride is decreased.
