摘要
根据航空齿轮的结构特点(薄轮缘、薄辐板、小齿宽等),从整体上(含齿、轮缘、辐板)应用边界单元法对圆柱齿轮强度进行了全面分析,同时采用了网格自动划分技术.分析计算表明,其结果令人满意.
According to the structural feature of cylindrical navigation gear which is of thin rim,spoke and gear breadth etc.,this paper analyses its strength by using BEM.Here a mechanical model including teath,rim,spoke is applied.A technique of automatically dividing meshes is given. The results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
