结合我国村镇建设现状,通过设计实践和必要的数据论述了在村庄建设规划中贯彻节约土地,提高整体环境质量原则的重要性,并对如何贯彻这两条原则提出了建设性意见.

To counter the present situation of villages and small towns building in China this paper discusses the importance implementing the princi- ples of saving land and improving total environmental quality in vil- lage building planning,puts forward constructive suggestions imple- menting the two important principles.
