摘要
在正常水分条件下,玉米充分展开新叶中cAMP含量随生育时期而异,前期随植株生长而增加,并于旺盛生长期——雌穗小花分化期上升到峰值,以后随叶龄变老而下降;同一生育阶段,处于旺盛生长和分化发育的器官,如心叶和幼穗,其cAMP含量较高;干旱导致cAMP含量下降,其总趋势是,含量越高,下降幅度越大,对干旱反应敏感;Ca^(2+)(0.25%)和油菜素内酯BR(0.01μg/g)处理有使干旱时叶中cAMP含量增加的效应;叶中ATP含量的变化与cAMP相似。
The experiments on variation of cAMP contents in leaves, young tassels and ears in maize under stress were conducted in Shenyang. The results indicated that cAMP content in full extension leaves varied with growth stages. It rearched the peak value at floret differentiation and decreased with aging of leaves. The cAMP contents were higher in fast growing organs, such as very young leaves,tassels and ears. Drought resulted in decrease of cAMP content. The tendency of changes was that the higher the cAMP content, the greater it decreascd with water stress. Ca^(2+) and BR (brassinolide) had effects on increasing cAMP content in leaves, and the changes of ATP content were similar to that of cAMP.
