摘要
本文报道pH指示剂吸收度比值法测定克霉唑的含量。该法采用指示剂为稀溴酚蓝,测定波长433nm和599nm;标准液为0.1mol/L盐酸;仪器为日本岛津260型分光光度计。应用本法测定5批克霉唑含量,同时与药典法比较,结果一致。
The pH indicator absorbance ratio method was applied to the quantitative determination of clotrimazole. The determination was carried out easily, rapidly and accurately as follows:
Bromophenol blue and the standard solution of 0.1 mol/L HC1 were used; the absorbances at 433nm and 599nm were measured. The contents of five batahes of clotrimazole were 98.8±0.22%, 99.3±0.23%, 99.2±0.33%, 99.3 ±0.15% and 100.0±0.14%, respectively. The method is comparable with the official quantitative analysis of clotrimazole.
