摘要
本文考察在水溶液中外加电场对Ca^(2+)和PO_4^(3-)离子的传输行为、CaP在膜表面的沉积反应及其晶体结构形貌的影响。结果表明,电场不但可促进Ca^(2+)和PO_4^(3-)的传输过程,而且还对CaP沉淀反应和CaP晶体的形成产生一定的激励作用。
Electrical stimulation of bone healing is widely accepted as a useful alternative method inclinical orthopaedics. For understanding of the mechanism of bone growth by electrical stimulation, a simulated system of electrochemical arrangement was designed to examine the effects of electrical field on the formation of calcium phosphates in the aqueous solution. The precipitate products and crystal morphology of CaP on membranes were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and microscope Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results demonstrated that the electrical field would not only enhance the transportation of Ca^(2+)and PO_4^(3-) through a membrane in solution, but also influence the precipitation processes, nucleation and growth of calcium phosphates on the membrane surface. The chemical environment in the vicinity of electrode may be modified to promote the precipitation reaction of CaP as a result of the electrochemical reduction of oxygen and hydrogen in solution.
