仿血双折射液的流变特性及其在血流动力学研究的应用

摘要 本文论述了作者制备的仿血双折射液的流变特性及其在血流动力学研究的若干应用。两种仿血双折射液分别是浓度1.3%的Milling Yellow水溶液和1.4%的CTNY水溶液,利用一台Couette型粘度计(HAAKE CV100/ME30系统)测定其流变特性并与人血比较,发现二者均在25℃时与血液的流变性相似,对于模拟血流的流场显示都有很高的光学敏感性,利用偏振光波干涉方法获得典型模似血流场(如模拟大血管血流的二维直管流,模拟动脉狭窄的收缩管流及斜蝶型人工心脏瓣膜绕流)清晰的流动显示图像。 The objective of this paper is to review our prepared birefringent fluids for simulating human blood as well as their applications to the hemodynamic studies. The two kinds of birefringent fluids are 1.3% Milling Yellow dye aqueous solution and the 1.4% CTNY (China, Tianjin, New Yellow) dye solution. Their theologic properties were measured by using a Couette type viseometer (HAAKE CV100/ME30 system). It is found that these fluids are highly non- Newtonian, and their rheologic behaviors depend strongly on temperature. The values of visicosity dicrease rapidly with increasing temperature, In comparision with 50% hematocrit human blood, a good matching of the rheologic similarity occured at 25℃. The described birefringent fluids have high optical sensitivities for visualizing mock blood flows. This visualization is based on a principle called the interference of polarized light waves. A few hemodynamic applications such as pulsatile flow through a rectanglar channel, a cylindrical pipe with a constriction or a disk heart valve are described.
