心脏泵衰时体循环总阻力与表观粘度的相关性初探

Preliminary Study of the Relationship between Total Peripheral Resistance in Systemic Circulation and Apparent Viscosity in Patients with Heart Pump Failure

摘要 对10例心脏泵功能衰竭患者(HPF)和11例泵功能正常者(NHF)血液流变特性和血液动力学参数的对照研究发现:HPF在高、中和低切变率下的表观粘度(η)和体循环总阻力(TPR)明显地高于NHF(P<0.05~0.001);η(5.96s^(-1))与TPR间呈正相关(r=0.887,P<0.01),即y=0.012X—3.01,y为η(5.96s^(-1))的预示值,X=TPR。本研究提示:η系TPR和心脏泵功能的重要参数。 Hemorheological and hemodynamic parameters were measured in 10 patients with heart pump failure (HPF) and cmpared with those measnred measnred in 11 subjects with normal heart function(NHF). The results showed that total peripheral resistance in systemic circulation(TPR) and apparent viscosity of whole blood(η) at different shear rates(0.01747-128.5s^(-1)) in HPF were higher than those in NHF(P<0.05-0.01), and that there was a significantly relation between η_(5.96(?)^(-1)) and TPR (r=0.887, P<0.01).It is suggested that apparent viscosity of the whole blood plays an important role in heart pump function.
