摘要
作者用谱分析来定量分析与呼吸有关的R—R间隔的谱分量,即通过以呼吸中心频率为基准的一段频率范围内的功率谱密度求/和得到RSA成分。结果表明,RSA成分在气功态时比对照状态时有明显增加(58±7与52±7,P<0.01);且呼吸中心频率气功态时较对照状态时明显变慢(0.17±0.05与0.22±0.66Hz,P<0.01);其心率无明显改变(P>0.05)。
The purpose of the present study was to assess changes in repiratory sinus arrhythmia about Qi gong, indirectly reflect that vagal tone was enhanced during Qi gong condition and prove that doing exercises in breathing achieves neural regulation of heart. Spectral analysis was of quan-tity the component of R-R intervals associated with respiration, i, e., RSA, which is proposed to he sensitive to vagal influences on the heart. The respiratory component of R-R intervals is described by a quantity, which is the sum of the spectral densities of R-R intervals spectrum across the band of frequencies associated with respiration. The results suggest that the component of RSA significantly increases (control 52±7 vs Qi gong 58±7 p<0.01)and peak respiratory frequency has signbificant reduction(control0.22±0.06 vs Qi gong 0.17±0.05, P<0.01). Heart rate has no significant difference between the two conditions(P>0.05).
