摘要
本文介绍了用紫外分光光度法测定茶苯咳喘片中的茶硷,用四苯硼钠离子对法测定磷酸苯哌丙烷。平均回收率分别为100.4%,100.0%,变异系数分别为0.66%,0.40%.证明二种测定方法的可行性。
Introduced in the article are the quantitative determination of Thephylline in Tablelle Theophillini Contra Asthma by ultraviolet spectrophotometry method and that of benproperine phosphate by sodium tetraphenyl boron pair-ions methon. The average recoveries are 100.5%, 100.0% respectivly and the coefficients of variation are 0.66%, 0.40% respectively. These confirm the availability of the two determination methods.
