摘要
本文对鸟嘌呤乙酰化混合物中一、二乙酰化物进行了核磁共振(NMR)含量测定,并选择了非那西丁作内标物,方法快速、准确。
Proposed in this paper are the quantitative analysis of mono-and di-acety1 derivatives in acetylation mixture of Guanine by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and a discussion of selecting Phenacetin as internal standard. The method is both rapid and accurate.
