摘要
本文报告我们首创的BGO超长时延声表面波(SAW)卷积器,相互作用时间已达53μs,是迄今国内外这类器件中最长的,还有可能进一步加长超过60μs。
The ultralong BGO SAW convolver invented by us is reported in this paper. Its interaction time has reached
53μs which is the longest one having been reported in the literature up to now. It's possible to develop BGO convolver longer than 60μs.
