吗啡对大鼠脊髓可塑性影响的形态学研究 被引量:4

摘要 由于成年哺乳类动物中枢神经系统(CNS)在受损伤后难于再生,因此长期认为这类动物CNS是固定不变的。然而,近30多年来许多学者应用溃变银染技术、HRP标记追踪术、放射自显影术、组化和免疫组化技术等光镜和电镜方法。
