摘要
实验用8条健康成年狗,制备肝内动脉树铸型。在CHP—1型图象分析系统检测动脉树分枝的管径和长度,分枝的分级按Strahler's法归类。提出了计算机设置门限进行模式判别分类和随机化抽样测量在定量研究中的应用。结果显示:狗的肝内动脉树可分为8级,动脉的管径、长度、分枝数目均与分枝分级呈指数函数相关(P<0.005)。由形态参数可以得到各级分枝的血管床容量,分枝锥削则反映了血液流经动脉分枝出入口的管径变化,为进一步研究肝脏,血流动力学提供了必不可少的基础。
The ABS casting of dog's hepatic arterial tree was made on 8 mongrel dogs. The diameter and length of the arterial branches were measured by CHP—1 image analysis system. And the Strahler's system was used to describe the branching pattern of the arterial tree. The computerized model judgement and randomized sample checks were used to the quantitative study of the morphometrical data. The results showed that the hepatic arterial tree of the dog could be divided into 8 orders, and there was an experimental function relation between the diameter, length, number of branches, and the order of branches. Parameters of normal liver arterial tree pattern are given. The taper of branches represented the calibre changes of blood flow passing through. The morphometers of the arterial tree are important data for hemodynamies study in dog's liver.
