应用赤眼蜂蛹人工饲养尼氏钝绥螨的研究初报 被引量:5

摘要 本文首次报导应用赤眼蜂蛹作为替代食料人工饲养尼氏钝绥螨。日食蛹量,幼螨为0.18头,产卵前期成螨达1.18头,而产卵期成螨则为0.95头左右。在25℃饲养条件下,每雌产卵达45粒,卵历期48小时,孵化率近92%,幼螨存活率88%,成螨雌性占55%,雌成螨寿命25天。用赤眼蜂蛹连代饲养的尼氏钝绥螨在桔园释放,对柑桔全爪螨具有明显的控制作用。 The success in the development of artificial host eggs for Trichogramma in China has made it possible to produce large numbers of Trichogramma in a short time. Field release programs of Trichogramma usually do not occupy the full production capacity of such a Trichogramma production line. The current research is intended to develop alternative usages for the Trichogramma pupae produced with artificial host eggs. This paper reports successful rearing of the predacious mite, Amblyseius nicholsi using Trichogramma pupae as the prey. Each A. nicholsi consumes an average of only 0.18 pupa/day in its larval stage, 1.18 pupae/day in the preoviposition period, and 0.95 pupa/day during the oviposition period. Under the rearing condition of 25℃, the female adult mite had a longevity of 25 days and laid an average of 45 eggs in her life span. The egg stage lasted for 48 hr, with an average hatching rate of 97%. The survival rate of A. nicholsi larvae on the Trichogramma pupae was 88%, with 55% of the emerged adults being females. Field trials of releasing A. nicholsi reared for 2 generations on the artificially produced Trichogramma pupae in a citrus orchard demonstrated significant control effects on the citrus red mite, Panonychus citri.
