摘要
L-脯氨酸在医药、农业、化工及食品等方面有着广泛的用途。L-脯氨酸的生产方法,以生物合成法为好,但国内由于产酸水平不高,至今尚未形成一定的生产规模。本文以嗜乙酰乙酸棒杆菌TS31为出发菌株。
A stable mutant strain No.45 was selected from Corynebacterium acetoacidophilum TS31 originally derived from ATCC13870. The factors effecting the biosynthesis of L-proline were studied. With 16% of glucose and 5% of raw glutamate, on avea age yield of 53g/L L-prolino was accumulated by No.45 strain on a rotary shaker in 72h of cultivation. The rate of conversion from glucose reached 33%.
