摘要
采用亲和层析的方法纯化了NODD蛋白——根瘤菌中结瘤基因D(nodD)的产物。用这纯化的NODD研究黄烷酮(Naringenin,以下简称NAR)、NODD和nod-启动子间的相互作用。当NAR浓度低于0.4mmol/L时,实验没显示NAR对NODD阳nod-启动子之间专一性结合的影响,然而当浓度达到4.0mmol/L时,NAR能明显解离NODD和nod-启动子间的结合,这表明NAR、NODD和nod-启动子之间的相互作用是存在的。
This paper has produced the evidence that the specific molecular interactions occur between three nod regulation elements: naringenin, NODD and nod-promoter. No such interactions were observed when the concentration of naringenin was less than 0.4mmol/L. However, remarkable molecular interactions were observed when naringenin was at 4.0 mmol/L. The interactions were highly specific, because no such interactions have been observed when naringenin was exposed at various concenirations to other promoter-regulatory protein system (e.g.the protease regulatory system of Xanthomonas campestris, though, like NODD-nodpromoter system, specific binding occurs between the protease promoter and the corresponding regulatory protein).
