摘要
用化学交联法制备了Fe-SOD与人白蛋白的缀合物,研究该缀合物的理化性质,观察到此修饰酶的热稳定性、抗蛋白酶水解及酸水解的效能以及抗抑制剂作用都有显著提高。
The conjugate of Fe-SOD-HSA was prepared by using glutaraldehyde. The physicochemical properties of the conjugate were studied. It was found that resistance of the modified SOD to heat, proteolysis, acid-hydrolysis and inhibition was considerably increased.
