摘要
研究蛋白质分子中能量远距离传输的机理.在Takeno提出的孤子理论的基础上.进一步考虑了氢键相互作用的非简谐性、并用量子力学对模型进行了处理.在连续近似下,得到的结果表明、能量可以通过以超声速运动的孤子来传输.
In order to study the mechanism of energy transport in protein molecule, the anharmonicity of hydrogen -bonded interaction was considered on the basis of the Takeno soliton theory, and the model was treated by quantum theory. Using continuum approximation method, it was shown that the energy can be transported by supersonic soliton.
