摘要
应用微量过饱和静置法在含柠檬酸钠和氯化钠的晶体生长体系中得到适合X射线衍射分析用的Al—(L—丙氯酸)胰岛素单晶体.晶体属于三方晶系,空间群为R_3,晶体衍射分辨率可达1.8A以上.晶胞参数:a_H=80.89A,b_H=80.89A,c_H=37.64(?),α=β=90°,γ=120°.每个结晶学不对称单位含有两上Al—(L—丙氨酸)胰岛素分子.
Single crystals of Al-L-Ala Insulin (Al-L-AlaI) suitable for X-ray diffraction analysis have been grown in citrate and sodium chloride system by still - setting method. The crystals belong to trigonal system with space group R3. The resolution of diffraction data was beyond 1.8A. The parameters of the unit cell are aH = bH = 80.89A. cH = 37.64A. α = β = 90°, γ=120°. There are two Al-L - AlaI molecules in an asymmetric unit.
