摘要
本文详细地叙述了φ50cm大型压缩仪的型式、尺寸、加荷能力的设计思路,简要介绍了仪器各部分的设计.文章通过调试试验资料的分析表明了本仪器基本实现了荷载的瞬时施加和卸除,且能保持试验全过程中荷载的恒定(稳压精度为2%).文末以试验资料说明了减小侧壁摩擦是大型压缩仪改进的当务之急.
This pape deseribes the research work of the development of a large oedometer. This oedometer with floating rings is 50-cm in diameter and is suitable for 25-cm high specimens under the pressure up to 4 MPa.The loading system consists of a hydraulic jack and a hydraulic loading maintainer,which can keep the loading almost constant. The paper describes the loading systen and the measuring system of the device in detail. The method of design and calculation is also described. The device is convenient in operation and can be loaded or unloaded instaneously. The loading maintainer can minimize the pressure change to ±2%. The test data indicate that the side friction on the large oedomete rings cannot be neglected. In the past 6 years, more than 50 groups of samples from 7 engineering projects have been tested with the device and the results indicate that the device is advanced and very useful.
