摘要 作者通过对波形接骨板和直形接骨板的比较研究,从理论上证明波形接骨板可以使骨——接骨板系统的中性轴向接骨板一侧外移,从而达到骨断面完全受压力的目的,使斯面受力均匀,防止接骨板对侧骨断端张开,减少了接骨板对骨的应力保护作用,有利于骨痂生长和植骨,优于常用的直形接骨板。 The effects of wave plate were compared with the (?) mechanical significance of wave design in the middle of plate is that neutral axis can he moved to the plate side so as to ensure an averaged compressive stress on the cross-section without increasing the axis stiffness during the change of axis. Moving neutral axis to the plate side will result in evenly——distributed stress. In addition, it prevents separating of the opposite bone fragment, favours callus formation and decreases the stress —protection effect.
