人黄体及大鼠睾丸抑制素样物质的免疫组织化学定位 被引量:3

摘要 本文报道用卵白素-生物素-过氧化物酶复合物(Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase ABC)免疫组织化学方法,在光镜下对人黄体、大鼠睾丸中的抑制素样免疫活性物质进行定位观察,结果表明:人黄体细胞胞浆内存在着合成人抑制素α亚基片段抗体的免疫染色反映。另外,成年大鼠睾丸曲细精管内的Sertoli 细胞胞浆内也明显呈现对抑制素抗体作用的染色反映。 An antiserum was raised in rabbits against synthetic N-(1-26)·Try·Gly fragment of theα-subunit of human inhibin.Immunohistochemical localization of inhibin was performed byincubating tissue sections with the antiserum and the visualization of the antigen-antibody complexwas carried out by the ABC procedure.In cyrostat sections of rat seminiferous tubules,immunoreactivity with the anti-inhibin serum was observed in Sertoli cells,but not in other cells ofthe spermatozoa.In the human corpus luteum,intense staining was observed in luteal cells,but notin other cells.In control experiments,the positive staining was blocked when the inhibin antiserumwas pretreated with the native inhibin isolated from the bovine follicular fliuds before applying itto immunohistochemical study.These results indicate that inhibin is derived from human luteal cells.
