摘要
采用生化自动分析仪酶动力学检测了30例正常生育男子及160例男性不育症患者的精浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、天门冬氨酸转氡酶(AST)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)活性。结果表明:正常生育组LDH 1905.0±762.2 IU/L,α-HBDH 3430.0±2287.9 IU/L,AST 619.2±130.6 IU/L,CPK 725.3±347.5 IU/L;男性不育症中无精子组LDH、α-HBDH、AST 活性与正常对照组相比有极显著减低(P<0.001);精子活动力差组(Ⅰ级)CPK 含量明显增高(P<0.01);不液化组AST 活力显著减低(P<0.001);前列腺炎组CPK 含量降低(0.05>P>0.01)。精浆中LDH、α-HBDH 活力与精子密度呈完全正相关(P<0.001);CPK 活性与精子成活率呈负相关(P<0.05)。
The activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH).α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),aspartate traasminase(AST),creatine phosphokinase(CPK)in seminal plasma of 30 fertile and 160infertile men were determined by enzymic kinetic method with automatic biochemistry analysor.Theresults showed as follows:LDH 1905.0±762.2 IU/L,α-HBDH 3430.0±2287.9 IU/L,AST619.2±130.6IU/L,CPK 725.3±347.5 IU/L in fertile group.The activity of LDH,α-HBDH,AST in seminal plasma in azoospermia group was significant lower than fertile group(P<0.001)andthe CPK activity in the lowerspermatic activigty group was higher than fertile group(P<0.001).Theactivity of AST in semen unliquefiable group was lower than fertile group(P<0.001).The activityof CPK in the prostatitis group was lower than fertile group(0.05>P>0.01).There were verysignificant positive correlation between the activity of LDH,α-HBDH in seminal plasma and thenumber of sperms(P<0.001)and a negative correlation was found between the activity of CPK andvitality of spermatozoa(P<0.05).
