摘要
本文报道运用Percoll梯度离心技术,分离纯化大鼠附睾头、体、尾各段精子(20例),再用硫代巴比妥酸法对精子膜唾液酸含量依次进行测定,结果显示:大鼠附睾头、体、尾各段精子膜唾液酸含量具有显著差异(P〈0.01),各段精子膜唾液酸量分别为10.18±2.82、8.42±3.077、83±2.79μg/10^s精子(X±SD)。用胶体铁组化染色也证实精子在附睾内转运时膜唾液酸量呈下降趋势。由此提示:
The sialic acid levels on the spermatozoal membrane seperated from caput,corpus and cauda ofthe epididymis of SD rat were estimated by the thiobarbituric acid method(20 cases).The resultsshowed that the content of sialic acid method are 10.18±2.82(caput),8.42±3.07(caputs),and7.83±2.79(cauda)μg/10~8 spermatozoa(X±SD).There were significant differences among thegroups(P<0.01).In addition,it was verified by the methed of colloid iron stain that the contentof the sialic acid on the spermatozoa membrane was to be decreased while they transited through theepididymis.From this study it was indicated that sialic acid was related to the maturation of spermatozal.Its level on the spermatozoa membrane might influence maturation of spermatozoa in the epididymisand be involved in the maintenance of ionic balance,the antigenic interaction between ep[ididymis andspermatozoa,the stabilization of the acrosome,and in spermatozoal structural integrity.
