低剂量国产1号避孕片对脂蛋白、载脂蛋白AI、B和过氧化脂质水平的远期影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文测定了80例连续服用国产低剂量Ⅰ号避孕片5~15年的健康农村妇女及78例同期应用宫内节育器妇女的脂类、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白AI(APO_(AI))、载脂蛋白B(APO_B)和过氧化脂质(LPO)水平。结果表明,长期服用低剂量OC_s 对健康妇女脂代谢远期作用明显。服药组TG、TC、HDL-C、APO_(AI)均显著高于对照而APO_B、LPO 水平则与对照组间无显著差异。特别是在30~39岁持续服药10年以上的妇女中,TC、HDL-C、APO_(AI)水平均同步升高,所以长期服用低剂量国产1号避孕片是否对心血管系统有不良影响尚待进一步研究。 The serum levels of lipoproteins,apolipoprotin AI(APO_(AI)),apolipoproteon B(APO_B)andlipoperoxide(LPO)were measured in 80 healthy rural women taking low.dose Chinese contraceptivepill No 1 for 5~15 years and compared with 78 control subjects wearing IUDS.The results showedthat the influence of iong-term administration of low dose OCs on lipid metablism in healthy womenwas obvious.The levels of serum triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and APOA_(AI)in treatment groups were markedly higher than those in control group.But therewas no significant difference in the serum levels of APO_B and LPO between treatment and controlgroup.It was especially noticed that the levels of TC,HDL and APO_(AI)were simultaneously increasedin women aged from 30~39 and taking the pills for more than 10 years.So it was necessary thatif long term adimistration of low dose Chinese contraceptive pill No.1 had harmful or protectiveeffects on cardiovascular system would be studied further.
