摘要
本文报道去氢表雄酮硫酸盐(DHA-S)促使子宫颈成熟的作用。DHA-S 可使大鼠宫颈软化和肿胀,张力降低,胶原纤维疏松,间隙增大;它还可使免子宫颈湿重增加,17β-雌二醇的血浆水平升高,DHA-S 的小鼠IV 及IP LD50(95%可信限)分别为293.3(252.32~341.0)及654.8(553.8~774.3)mg/kg。DHA-S 在微生物回复突变试验、中国仓鼠卵巢细胞培养染色体畸变试验及小鼠微核试验中,结果均为阴性。
Effect of dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate(DHA-S)on ripening of the uterine cervix were studied in this paper.In rats,DHA-S induced softening and swelling of the cervix,decrease of its tension and increase of spaces between collagenous fibres.In rabbits,DHA-S increased the wetweight of the cervix and plasma levels of 17β-estradiol,Intravenous and intraperitoneal LD_(50)(95% confidencial limits)of DHA-S in mice were 0.29(0.25-0.34)and 0.65(0.55-0.77)g/kg respectively.DHA-S was found to be negative in the reverse mutation assay with microbestrains,the chromosome aberration assay in Chinese hamster ovarian cell culture and themicronucleus test in mice.
