Freezing Process of roof waterproofing makes use of the property. It is possible on frozen base formed of new mortar
plastering to apply under lower temperature solvent cold waterproofing coating which forms a whole sheet of water-
proofing layer. This paper introduces the mechanical properties, construction principles and construction methods of
frozen new mortar plastering,as well as its application in construction.
