摘要
间隙调整臂是汽车气压制动系统中的一个重要总成 ,本文通过对间隙感知型自动调整臂的结构分析 ,较详细地讨论了间隙调整臂的工作原理和主要零件的设计方法 ,通过对与某S型凸轮鼓式制动器配合的自动间隙调整臂的设计 ,验证了本文设计方法的正确性。目前 ,该产品已处在试制阶段。
AIRA (Auto-Interruption Regulating Arm) is an important part of air pressure braking system in automobiles.This article analyses the structure of the intrcduction of AIRA to deal with its operating principle and the design for the major components.It confirms the correctness by designing.AIRA is concerned with the S-projecting wheding-drum braker.At present,the product is on the expervmental stage.
