高血压合并糖尿病的治疗方法选择

1 病例
患者,男性,70岁.因患糖尿病和高血压10年入院.最高血压为180/90mmHg.经口服降压药后,血压控制在140/80mmHg左右.患病以来,血糖一直未得到理想控制.3年前出现双下肢水肿,同时查血发现肾功能异常.3年前患脑梗塞,并导致左侧肢体瘫痪,有冠心病史2年,目前稳定.体格检查:双下肢水肿.
