慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的循证治疗

摘要 1 病例男性,68岁,因'反复咳嗽,咯痰40+年,气促2+年,复发伴加重1周'入院,入院前40年,患者感冒受凉后出现咳嗽、咯痰,经对症治疗后好转,此后上述症状反复发作,有时伴有喘息.入院前2+年,患者开始出现活动后气促.入院前1周,患者出现咳嗽、咯痰、喘息,气促症状加重,入我院就诊.体格检查:T37.1℃,P91次/分,R24次/分,BP138/85mmHg,口唇发绀,球结膜轻度水肿,气管居中,桶状胸,肋间隙增宽,呼吸动度减弱,双肺散在干鸣,双下肺较多湿鸣,余(一).诊断:慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD),急性加重期.
