水飞蓟素对糖尿病植物神经病变的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 通过对糖尿病模型大鼠颈上交感神经节细胞超微结构的改变及应用水飞蓟素后对其影响的观察 ,探讨了水飞蓟素防治糖尿病植物神经病变 (DAN)的临床意义。方法  4 2只糖尿病大鼠随机分为ATDM组 ( 2 1只 ,给予水飞蓟素 10 0mg/ (kg .d)、NTDM组 ( 2 1只 ) ,后者与NC组 ( 2 0只 )给予等量蒸馏水灌胃。结果 未治疗组糖尿病大鼠交感神经节细胞超微结构发生明显的形态学改变 ,正常对照组和ARIs治疗组大鼠交感神经节细胞超微结构基本正常。 Objective: To observe the changes of ultrastructure in the superior cervical ganglionic cell of diabetic rats and the effect of the administration of Silymarin. Methods: Forty two diabetic rats were divided into ATDM group (Silymarin was given 100mg/(kg.d.) and TDA group (Gastric lavage of distilled water was given.) Results: Significant morphological changes occurred in the superior cervical ganglionic cell of NTDM rats, while those in the rats of ATDM and NC groups did not occur. Conclusion: Silymarin plays significant role in the prevention of diabetic autonomic neuropathy.
