摘要
本文分析了建国以来尤其是改革开放以来我国城镇化的发展状况，指出了城镇化滞后于工业化的原因，对我国今后城镇化进程中应注意的几个问题进行了理性的分析。
This paper analyzes the urbanization development since the new china's establishment, especially after the reform and opening Policies were carried out. It also points out the reason why urbanization lays behind industrialization. Moreover several Point we should pay attention to were discussed.
