本文运用回归分析法对建设监理投标的经济指标———工程造价进行分析与预测 ,并对预测的结果和现实情况进行比较 ,其结论是可靠的 ,对建设监理投标具有现实价值。

This paper analyses the economic index-project management bid through the approach of tropical analysis and thus concludes further prediction,and compares the results of the prediction with the reality.The conclusion is reliable and has the realistic value.
