学生工作是高等学校里一项普通但却十分重要的工作 ,辅导员是学生工作的生力军。本文从高进、优出、明责、严管、培养、提高六个方面就如何加强辅导员队伍建设提出了自己的意见和建议 ,希望能对推动辅导员工作起到一些积极的作用。

The student work is an ordinary but important work in our higher education, and the counselor is the fresh combatants who deal with the student works. This paper brings up author's opinions and suggestions based on employing the qualified counselors, arranging the position properly, making the duty clear, strictly controlling, cultivating, improving consciously to strengthen counselor's building of contingent in six respects. Hope to play some positive impetuses to counselor's work.
