Zhou En-lai was the founder of Our Party's and Our Army's intelligence informtion work.He paid much attention to collecting intelligence information and used them cleverly.During the course of Chinese revolution and construction,Zhou En-lai conttributed much to the development of China's book career both on practice and on theory.
