沉淀法制备纳米Al_2O_3粉末

Preparation of nano - A_２O_３ powder by precipitation

以工业用 ＮＨ４Ａｌ（ＳＯ４）２·１２Ｈ２Ｏ和 ＮＨ４ＨＣＯ３为原料，采用均匀沉淀法制备纳米 Ａｌ２Ｏ３粉末。研究了沉淀剂的滴加方式、表面活性剂等因素对粉体尺寸的影响。经检测，最佳工艺得到的Ａｌ２Ｏ３ 粉末的平均粒径小于１５ｎｍ。

Using NH4Al(SO4)2 · 12H2O and NH4 HCO3 as the starting materials, nanometer Al2 O3 powder was prepared by homogeneous precipitation technique. The influences of surfactant and way of drip precipitant on the size of Al203 powder were investigated. The result showed that the averege diameter of the powder made of the best process was alow 15nm.
