摘要
将精细印刷品的缺陷检测过程自动化有重要的实际意义。本文提出了一种利用图像技术实现缺陷自动检测的初步方案 ,并对其主要工作模块 ,即图像采集和模板制作 ,以及图像匹配比较进行了分析研究 。
Automatic detection of defects in fine presswork has practical significance. A preliminary scheme for realizing automatic detection of defect using image techniques is proposed. Its main modules, such as image acquisition, template construction, image matching are studied in detail. Detection experiments with real presswork show that the scheme is workable.
