摘要
目的 探索小针刀配合手法复位治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法 治疗组采用小针刀术配合手法复位 ,对照组采用传统针灸、牵引、推拿 ,所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果 治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为 75 %和 5 0 %(P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 小针刀对粘连组织进行分析 ,促进局部血液循环 。
Objective To study the effect of combination of small zhendao and manual reduction on the cervical spondylosis. Methods The treatment group was treated by combination of small zhendao and manual reduction. The control group wastreated by acupuncture,traction and massage.Observe the clinical effect when the two groups was compared.Results The curative rate was 75% in the treatment group and 50% in the control group (P< 0.01). Conclusion This method can improve the local blood circulation, has satisfactory effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
