济宁市任城区中小学生眼病和龋齿调查分析

Survey of Eye Diseases and Dental Caries in Students and Pupils in Rencheng District Jining

目的 通过健康查体 ,及时发现和矫治青少年眼病和龋齿。方法 选择任城区三所中心小学和八所中心中学共 10 5 0 1名学生进行健康查体。结果 中小学生视力低下率为 4 4.15 % ,沙眼率为 19.76 % ,龋齿率为 7.77% ,色盲率为 1.74 %。视力低下率、沙眼率随年级升高呈上升趋势 ,龋齿率随年级升高呈下降趋势。结论 中小学应改善学生学习环境 ,减轻学生学习负担 ,着重加强中小学生视力保护 ,同时做好沙眼、龋齿的防治工作。

Objective To study the situation of eye diseases and dental caries of common students and pupils in three central primary schools and eight central middle schools. MethodsHealth examination was conducted to 10501 pupils and students.Results 44.15% of studeuts and pupils had bad vision, 19.76% trachoma,7.77% dental caries and 1.74% color blindness.Bad vision and trachoma had an increasing tendency in semior classes and dental caries had a decreasing tendency.Conclusion The middle and primary schools should improve the study environment, lighten the study load, adopt vigorous measures to prevent and treat trachoma and dental caries in the students and pupils.
