腰椎间盘突出症手法治疗

Treating Prolapsed Lumbar Intervertebral Disc by Manipulation

目的 探讨复合旋转手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 将 2 0 6例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组予以复合手法治疗 ,对照组予以常规治疗 ,所获资料应用 χ2 检验。结果 治疗组总有效率 97.0 8% ,对照组总有效率 87.38% ,P <0 .0 1。结论 复合旋转手法能改变突出物对神经根的压迫 。

Objective To study the effect of rotatary manipulation on lumber intervertebral disc.Methods Divide 206 cases into two groups.103 cases in the therapeutic group were given lumbar rotatory manipulation;103 cases in the control group were given rountine medicines. The data was tested through χ 2.Results The total response rate of the therapeutic group was 97.08%,it was obviously higher than that of the control group 87.38%(P<0.01). Conclusion The moderate rotatory manipulation can change the position of the protruded nucleus puplosus and release the compression of nerve roots which were suffered by protruded nucleus pulposus.It is an effective method to treat lumbar interverbral disc at present.
