高危、高龄患者白内障人工晶体植入术的观察及护理

Nursing of Intraocular Lens Implantation in Patients of High Danger and Advanced Age

目的 研究高危、高龄患者白内障人工晶体植入术的护理。方法 对 10 2例 (113眼 )患者进行术前心理护理 ,治疗合并症 ,做好术眼清洁、眼球运动、训练、充分散瞳等准备 ,术中认真观察生命体征的变化 ,正确指导病人配合手术 ,术后密切观察术眼反应情况 ,积极防治并发症。结果 术后 1周视力在 0 .5～ 0 .8者 98眼 ,占 86 .7% ,达 0 .8或 0 .8以上者 15眼 ,占 13.3% ,无严重并发症 ,效果满意。结论 上述护理方法有利于医师顺利完成手术 ,保证了术中安全 。

Objective To study the nursing of cataract and intraocular lens implantation in the patients of high danger and advanced age.Methods Give mental nursing to 102 cases, 113 eyes preoperatively; treat the complication; clean the operative eyes;train the eyeball moving; enlarge the pupil enough;observe the vital signs closely during the operation; instruct the patients to cooperate; observe the reaction of the operative eye closely;treat postoperative complication positively. Results The visions between 0.5～0.8 were 86.7% (98 eyes) after one week postoperation.The visions reached 0.8 were 39.82% (45 eyes).There were no serious complication, the result was satisfied. Conclusion The nursing methods can help the doctor to complete the operation,make sure the safety of the operation, decrease the complication.
