影响晚期肝硬化患者舒适度的相关因素及护理措施

Correlated Factors Affecting Comfort Index of Patients with Late Cirrhosis of Liver and Nursing Measures

目的 研究影响晚期肝硬化患者舒适度的相关因素并采取相应的护理措施。方法 通过临床观察、交流等了解影响肝硬化患者 10 0例舒适度的最大相关因素 ,并应用利尿、放腹水 ,改善患者及家属的情绪障碍。结果 影响晚期肝硬化患者舒适度的相关因素有长期卧床、腹水腹胀和患者及家属的情绪障碍 ,并通过采取相应措施 ,使患者舒适度有明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 向患者及家属提供生理、心理等方面的护理 ,能有效提高患者的舒适度 ,降低死亡率 。

Objective To study the related factors to comfort index of patients with late cirrhosis of liver and nursing measures.Methods Investigate the most comfortable index of 100 cases with late cirrhosis of liver 100 cases through clinical observation interflowing, using diuresis,drawing ascites and improving moods disturbance of patients and their family.Results The correlated factors to comfort index of patients with late cirrhsisof liver include being in bed long time, hydrogaster and abdominal distension, mood disturbance of patients and their family,through effective measures the comfort index of patients was improved (P<0.05). Conclusion To provide physical and psychological nursing to patients and the family can effectively improve comfort index of patients,reduce the death rate and prolong the life time.
