不同剂量甘露醇治疗脑出血致肾功能损害的对比观察

Contrast Observation on the Renal Lesion Result From Treating Intracerebral Hemorrhage with Mannitol of Various Dosage

目的 :通过回顾性调查 ,观察不同剂量甘露醇对脑出血患者肾功能的影响 ,以寻求甘露醇治疗脑水肿的最佳剂量。方法 :两组静脉滴注甘露醇分别为 5 0 g/次 (全量组 )和 2 5 g/次 (半量组 ) ,比较两组用药后第 3、5、7天肾功能的情况。 结果 :两组用药后所致肾功能损害有显著性差异。结论 :甘露醇治疗脑出血应尽可能小剂量。

Objective: By retrospective study, to observe the effects of mannitol on kidneys of patients of intracerebral hemorrhage, and looking for a best dosage of mannitol intreating encephaledema. Methods: Two groups of patients were treated by venoclysis of mannitol 50g per time (full dosage group) and 25g per time(half dosage group) respectively. Then compared the functions of patient's kidneys of the 3rd, 5th and 7th day after treated by mannitol. Results: There's obvious difference between the renal lesion of the two groups. Conclusions: To treat intracerebral hemorrhage with mannitol, small dosage and short course of treatment should be taken as far as possible.
