脑血康片对大鼠的长期毒性试验(II)——血液学及血液生化指标观察报告

The Chronic Toxicity Study on Nao Xue Kang(NXK, 脑血康) Tablets in Rats(II) ——A Observed Report on Hematology and Hemato-biochemical Index

目的 :研究脑血康片的长期毒性。方法 :用♀和♂大鼠进行口服给药 6 0天及恢复期 14天的毒性研究。结果 :研究期间未发生与试验药物相关的死亡 ,对大鼠体重、摄食量、一般行为没有明显影响 ;本品 1.35g/kg能减少血小板数和延长凝血时间 ,0 .6 75g/kg能延长雄鼠凝血时间和降低血小板数。停药 14天后 ,与对照组比较无显著性差异 ,其余指标与正常对照组比较均无显著性差异 ;血液生化学没有与试验药物相关的变化 ;心电图没有与药物相关的变化。结论 :脑血康片毒性较低 。

Objective: To study the chronic toxicity of Nao Xue Kang(NXK, 脑血康)Tablets. Methods: ♀?♂rats received this drug by administering orally for 60 days.Its toxicity was recorded in the period and in 14 days of convalescence. Results: No death occurred.No apparent effects on the weight?diet and general behavior of rats were found.This drug (0.675g/kg) can reduce platelet amount and prolong coagulation time of male rats,and if its dosage is 1.35g/kg,it can have the same action to all rats.14 days after stopping this drug,there were no significant differences between two groups.No changes related to this drug were observed in hemato-biochemistry?electrocardiogram.There were also no significant differences in convalescence compared to controls. Conclusion: Nao Xue Kang(NXK, 脑血康) Tablets has a low toxicity, and it is safe and effective.
