颅锥在神经外科临床应用50例

Clinical Application of Skull-Drill in Neurosurgery-with 50 Cases Report

目的：探讨颅锥的临床应用价值。方法：对 50例锥颅病例进行分析总结。结果：取材活检 1例，择期手术术前置管脑脊液、囊液外引流 5例，重型颅脑损伤锥颅探查 2例，脑疝病例开颅前血肿穿刺抽吸 7例，直接通过置管治疗 36例，其中抢救脑疝病人 11例。共置管 43例次，置管失败 2次，无一例因副损伤导致颅内血肿，无颅内感染，死亡 3例， 47例患者愈后良好。结论：颅锥治疗具有独特的优点，选择合适的病例，操作方法得当，其副损伤当可避免，临床应用价值较高，值得推广应用。

Objective: To explore the clinical value of skull－ drill using in neurosurgery.Methods: To analyses 50 cases performed the skull－ drill operation.Results: Of the 50 cases of skull－ drill, 1 case was performed biopsy, 5 cases were performed draining CSF,2 cases of severe injury in skull and brain were performed drilling skull exploration, 7 cases of brain hemia were performed hematoma puncture.All the cases were no intracranial hematoma or infection caused by side－ injury. 47 cases were cured and only 3 were died. Conclusion: The skull－ drill has showed some advantages in neurosurgery,it may deserve to be extended.
