摘要
目的:研究修复骨缺损的材料。方法:采用同种异体骨经深低温冷冻后应用于临床需植骨的病例,其中骨良性肿瘤 15例,开放性骨折骨压缩、缺损 8例,瘤样病变 7例,骨折后骨不愈合 5例。结果:临床应用 35例,无 1例感染,无明显排斥反应。其中 28例经 4- 24月随访,平均随访 13月,所有患者无异常感觉和反应;其中 25例患者已达到临床愈合, 3例显示有骨愈合趋势。结论:深低温冷冻骨具有良好的骨诱导能力,来源广泛,是临床修复骨缺损较好的一种材料。
Objective: To explore a special material for repairing the bone defect. Methods: Deep frozen Heterograft- bones were transplanted into the patients who need bone transplantation. Of the patients, there are 15 cases with benign tumors, 8 cases with the opened compressed fracture and defect, 7 cases with tumor- like diseases and 5 cases with the persisted uncured bone after fracture. Results: Of 35 cases undergone the treatment, no one has infection and prominent ejection. 28 patients who accepted 4 to 24 months follow- up (13 months on average) show no abnormal feeling and reaction.25 cases reach the clinical healing and 3 cases show the tendency of clinical healing. Conclusions: The deeply frozen bone can successfully induce the reproduction of new bones. It is easy to get and it is a good material to repair the defected bones.
